Information stored on your device

GuessMyName stores game state, saved groups, and settings locally on your device. Player display names and secret names are not uploaded to us or shared with an advertising provider. The app has no account system or cloud storage.

Deleting or abandoning a game removes its locally stored game state. Reset All Local Data removes game state, saved groups, and settings. Removing the app also removes its local data.

Advertising

Banner, medium rectangle, and app-open advertising may be provided by Google AdMob. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment, users under the age of consent, and a G content rating. This disables personalized and remarketing ads for those requests. Depending on device, region, and network conditions, Google Mobile Ads may process device and advertising information, approximate location derived from network information, app interactions, and performance or diagnostic information to provide, secure, and measure ads.

GuessMyName does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not send player display names or secret names in an ad request. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob’s child-directed treatment documentation.

Device features

The app can use system haptics and on-device text-to-speech for feedback and spoken countdowns. It does not request access to contacts, microphone, camera, photos, or precise location.

Children and families

GuessMyName is a shared-device party game for families and groups. No player profile is created, and player-entered names are not transmitted from the device.
